  • Savings: automation savings + handle time reduction savings − AI subscription cost − automated resolution cost.
  • Annual time saved: automated tickets × handle time + non-automated tickets × handle time × AHT reduction.
  • ROI: net savings ÷ cost of investment.
  • Payback period: annual AI subscription cost ÷ annual savings × 12 months.
  • Service cost impact: net change versus current annual service cost.
